Our mission: To improve the quality of life for LGBT people and their allies in greater Baton Rouge through education, communication, advocacy, and community building.
Capital City Alliance (CCA) is an all volunteer organization. We feel that a well-organized, well-informed, and well-connected LGBT community will be able to communicate effectively, promote events of interest to our community, identify LGBT-friendly professional resources and establishments, and advocate effectively for laws and policies that will have a positive impact on the local LGBT community, our friends, and families. It is our goal to provide the platform, people, and resources to make these things happen.
CCA is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization and registered with the state of Louisiana.
